Douyin DOU+ video ranking
Returns a ranking of videos inside DOU+, Douyin's promotion tool, for a chosen category, time range and ranking dimension. Useful for spotting which videos in a vertical are breaking out, for example high-performing videos from low-follower accounts or videos with high completion rates.

Limits

- Only publicly visible Douyin data
- Only covers videos that appear in DOU+ rankings, not all Douyin videos
- Category and dimension must be passed as numeric codes
