Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you register with email, we store your email address and a password hash. When you sign in with Google, we request only the openid and email scopes and store the stable Google account identifier (sub) and verified email address. We do not receive your Google password or retain Google access or refresh tokens.

To provide the service, we also store hashed API keys, balance and transaction records, task runs and usage records, security audit logs, and information necessary to complete payments or data jobs.

When you contact support (the chat on our site or email), we keep the conversation and the email address you give us. Chat questions are first answered by an automated assistant: only the text of the conversation is sent to the AI model provider we use to write the reply, never your account details.

We count site visits ourselves, without third-party analytics tools or tracking cookies. For each page view we record the page, the referring site and the country. The IP address is used only during the request to determine the country and to count unique visitors (as an irreversible identifier whose salt changes every month); the IP itself is not stored.

How we use data

We use this data only to create and protect your account, keep you signed in, perform requested data jobs, handle billing and support, and prevent abuse. We do not sell personal information or use Google sign-in data for advertising.

Sharing and retention

We share only the minimum information necessary with infrastructure, payment, and data providers that fulfill your requests, or when disclosure is legally required. Data is retained only as long as needed to operate the service and meet security, financial, and legal obligations.

Your choices

You can export your account data, revoke API keys, or close your account from the dashboard. Closing it deletes your email, keys, sign-in methods and run data; payment, invoice and billing records are kept in anonymised form for accounting and tax purposes. You can also revoke ProLevelMax access from your Google Account's third-party connections settings.
