Returns the accounts a Douyin user follows, page by page. Useful for mapping a creator's interests and network.

What it can do

• List accounts a user follows by sec_user_id
• Page back through the list by timestamp
• Set the number of accounts per page

Limits

• Each call returns one page; for the next page, pass the count value from the previous result
• Only publicly visible data
• Accounts that hide their following list return no data
• Douyin may limit how far back the list can be paged
