Returns pins, boards and user profiles from Pinterest, by keyword search or from pin, board, profile and search links. Each pin includes its images in several sizes, title and description, engagement counts, creator and board details, and visual data such as dominant color. Useful for visual trend research, content planning and tracking how products and brands spread on Pinterest.
